Semi Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine - A900
The A900 is the top model in our range of
semi-automatic pallet wrapping machines.
This multi-functional rotary arm machine can be installed in several ways, in almost any work location. The A900 is suited for both fragile and extremely heavy loads, as the pallet is placed on the floor and doesn't move during the wrapping cycle.
Capabilities - With a speed of up to 12 rotations per minute, the A900 will wrap up to 30 pallets per hour (dependant on your wrap pattern).
Film Usage
With a pre-stretch system that can stretch up to 300%, 1 metre of film can stretch to 4.0 metres providing significant film and cost savings. With Jemac's range of performance pallet wrapping films you can achieve the continuous wrapping with minimum downtime whilst also achieve predictable costs and yield savings that will benefit both you and the environment.
Film Carriage
- Easy Film Feed System which allows the film carriage to be loaded quickly by the operator.
- With a variable rotary arm speed and adjustable film feed, pallets with even very light loads can be wrapped safely.
- As the pallet is stationary during the wrapping cycle, not only heavy pallets but pallets with very light and unstable loads can be wrapped safely.
- The pre-stretch system on the machine maintains the optimum stretch for your pallet and your film so that you can get a wrap that is right for your product.
- Easy roll change for minimum downtime.
Operation
Starting the machine couldn't be easier... just attach the film to the pallet, press the button and let the A900 do the rest. When not in use the rotary arm is parked to the side of the machine making full use of your floor space.
Programs
Operated from a colour touch screen display the A900 has three levels of programmability:
- Level 1, allows the operator to chose a pre-programmed wrap pattern which has been developed specifically for your pallet type.
- Level 2, allows the manager or supervisor to adjust the film supply, speed of the film carriage and turntable and wrap pattern.
- Level 3, allows an engineer to fine tune the wrap pattern allowing even the most challenging pallet to be simply and quickly wrapped.
Control System
Standard to all our machines the control panel turns 180˚ to give the operator full control from both sides of the machine. This also allows greater flexibility in where the machine is placed in your factory.
The A900 has a colour touch screen control panel which allows the operator to select the program required and start the operation.
Loading the pallet on to the machine
As the machine doesn't have a turntable you are able to place the pallet in the correct position on the floor. This is particularly important for light, unstable or heavy loads which could be unsafe to push up a ramp or onto a turntable.
Pallet height detection
Automatic detection of the pallet height enables the operator to be completing another task whilst the machine is wrapping the pallet.
Transporting & Installation
The installation can be made either to a wall or onto a sturdy column construction. This enables the machine to be located wherever gives you the best use of the floor space.
